What does Soghaat mean?

Soghaat represents the idea of gifting, celebration and meaningful moments. Our aim is to offer fragrances that feel special, whether purchased as a personal signature scent or as a thoughtful gift.

What does Soghaat sell?

We offer Arabian perfumes, Middle Eastern fragrances, oud scents, attar oils, bakhoor, air fresheners, deodorants, gift sets and designer-inspired fragrances for men, women and unisex wear.

Is Soghaat a legitimate UK fragrance retailer?

Do your perfumes come in original packaging?

Yes. Products are supplied in their original brand packaging and, where applicable, factory-sealed condition, unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We only sell genuine products sourced through trusted suppliers, recognised distributors and established fragrance partners. We do not sell imitation or counterfeit fragrances. You can read more on our Authenticity Guarantee page.

How can I tell if a fragrance is genuine?

Genuine products should be reviewed as a whole, including the original packaging, bottle finish, batch information and the manufacturer’s own details. Packaging, formulas and presentation can change between batches, so small differences do not automatically mean a product is not authentic. If you have a concern about an item bought from us, please keep all packaging and contact our team for review.

Are payments on your website secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems using recognised providers such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and Clearpay where available. Learn more on our Secure Payment Options page.

Do you store my card details?

No. We do not store your full card details on our website. Payment information is handled securely by trusted payment providers through encrypted checkout systems.

Choosing Your Scent

What are inspired fragrances?

Inspired fragrances are modern scent interpretations designed to resemble the style or character of popular perfumes. They are not identical copies and are not officially connected to any designer brand.

What is oud?

Oud is a rich, deep and luxurious fragrance note often used in Arabian perfumery. It is usually warm, woody, smoky and long-lasting, making it popular for evening wear, gifting and special occasions.

What is the difference between attar and spray perfume?

Attars are concentrated perfume oils, often alcohol-free and applied directly to the skin. Spray perfumes are atomised fragrances and may contain alcohol depending on the product formulation.

Do you sell perfumes for men, women and unisex use?

Yes. Our range includes fragrances for men, women and unisex wear. You can explore woody, floral, fresh, oriental, musky, sweet, spicy, oud and everyday scent profiles.

How do I choose the right fragrance?

Choose based on scent family, season and occasion. Fresh and citrus scents are often suited to daytime and warmer weather, while oud, amber, musk, woody and spicy fragrances are popular for evening wear, winter, gifting, weddings, Eid and special occasions.

Why does the same perfume smell different on different people?

Fragrances can smell different depending on skin type, body chemistry, weather, storage, application and environment. Longevity and projection can also vary from person to person.

Orders & Delivery

Shipping Questions

Do you offer free UK delivery?

Yes. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £40, excluding ZamZam Water.

How long does UK delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the service selected at checkout. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is usually delivered within 1 working day after dispatch, Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 2–3 working days, and DPD or DHL Next Day services usually arrive on the next working day after dispatch. Highlands and Islands may require additional time.

When will my order be dispatched?

UK orders placed before the relevant courier cut-off time are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after cut-off, during weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. International orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same working day or by the next working day.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow some time for the courier system to update after dispatch. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Most EU orders arrive within approximately 4–8 working days after dispatch, depending on destination, selected service and courier routing. Many fragrance shipments travel by road because perfumes are classed as Dangerous Goods, so delivery can move differently from standard airmail.

Why has my international tracking not updated for a few days?

International fragrance parcels may have periods with limited tracking while travelling between courier hubs or countries, especially where road transport is used. This is common and does not always mean there is a problem. Further guidance is available on our Track Your Order page.

Can I collect my order?

No. We currently do not offer customer collection. Orders are shipped directly to the delivery address entered at checkout.

Order Changes & Tracking

After You Place an Order

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation because orders are prepared quickly for dispatch. If your request is urgent, please call us as soon as possible so we can check whether the order is still available to amend before it enters processing.

What if my parcel says delivered but I cannot find it?

First, please check the tracking details, delivery photo where available, safe places, household members, neighbours and your local delivery area. Couriers may use GPS, signature or delivery scan evidence when reviewing delivered-parcel queries. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us so we can review the available courier information with you.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Most parcels arrive within the expected delivery window, but occasional courier delays can happen because of weather, network disruption, seasonal volumes, customs checks or other factors outside our control. Please allow the courier network time to complete delivery, and contact us if the parcel has gone beyond the expected timeframe and needs investigation.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy Questions

Can I return my order?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, untested, not sprayed, not resealed and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Can I return an opened perfume?

No. Due to hygiene and quality-assurance reasons, opened, used, tested, sprayed, altered or resealed fragrance products cannot be returned unless faulty or otherwise covered by your legal rights.

Can I return a perfume because I do not like the scent?

If the correct product has been supplied and opened, it cannot be returned because of scent preference, strength preference, projection, longevity, comparison or personal expectation.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return has been received and approved following inspection, refunds are usually processed within 2–7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please complete an eligible return first and place a new order separately.

Order Issues

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, leaking or faulty?

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery. Keep the product, outer parcel, box, parcel label and all packaging. We may request clear photos or video evidence before reviewing the issue.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

Please do not open, use, test, spray or reseal the item. Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item, barcode, label, box and packaging so we can review the matter promptly.

What if something is missing from my order?

Please check all packaging carefully, including inserts, wrapping, compartments and internal boxes. Keep all packaging until the matter has been reviewed, as we may request photos, parcel images or other supporting information.
