Courier Delays & Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided in good faith and most parcels arrive within the expected window. Occasionally, courier networks may experience delays because of adverse weather, strikes, seasonal volumes, customs checks, road transport schedules, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery movement is managed by the courier. If a short delay occurs, please allow the courier network time to complete delivery, as parcels often continue moving even where tracking updates are limited.

International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations using trusted courier partners. International perfume shipments follow specialist transport routes because many fragrance products are classified as Dangerous Goods, which means delivery may move differently from ordinary airmail parcels.
