Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, perfumes, attars, oils, bakhoor, skincare, body care, cosmetics, and similar personal-use products must be unopened, unused, untested, not sprayed, not altered, and not resealed to be eligible for return.
Opened, used, tested, sprayed, altered, resealed, incomplete, damaged, or missing-packaging items may be rejected. If rejected, the customer may be responsible for any delivery, return, redelivery, handling, or carrier charges.
