United Kingdom Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £30 within the UK, excluding ZamZam Water.
  • Carriers: We use Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 (Signed For) Service, DHL, and DPD for UK Mainland orders.
  • Cut-off Times:
    • Royal Mail: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch.
    • DPD: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch.
    • DHL: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch.
    We aim to dispatch as many orders as possible even after these cut-off times but cannot be held responsible for orders not dispatched on the same day after these times.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Your package will arrive between 1–4 working days, based on the shipping service selected, except in the Highlands and Islands, where additional days may be required.

    Note: “Next Day Delivery” refers to the next working day after dispatch. Orders placed after the daily cut-off times, on weekends, or during bank holidays will be shipped on the next working day and delivered the following working day thereafter.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after the cut-off time on Fridays or during weekends will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Notifications: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We cannot guarantee delivery times during Royal Mail strikes, adverse weather conditions, or other courier-related disruptions. Any delays caused by the courier after dispatch are beyond our control and responsibility. Refunds are unavailable for orders already dispatched, but we can resend lost or wrongfully delivered parcels.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees depend on the delivery destination and size of the order. Calculate the final price at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Dispatch Timeline: We typically dispatch within 1–3 working days for international orders.
  • Free Shipping: Our free shipping offer does not extend to international orders.
  • DDP Shipping to EU: We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for customers in EU countries. The price you pay at checkout is final—taxes and duties are included for delivery to your address.
  • Iceland, Norway and Switzerland: We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for orders shipped to Iceland, Norway and Switzerland. Any taxes or duties incurred upon arrival are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
  • Transit Method & Timing: Many fragrances are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). As a result, most international shipments travel by road and may take longer than standard airmail. Delivery timeframes can vary by destination.
  • Courier Delays & Responsibility: Once dispatched, your parcel is in the custody of the courier. Any delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or local operational issues are beyond our control and responsibility. Refunds are not available for orders already dispatched; however, we will assist with investigations and can resend lost or wrongfully delivered parcels subject to courier confirmation.
The Journey of Your International Order
  1. Label Creation and Dispatch: As soon as your order is packed and ready, we generate a shipping label and dispatch your package to the courier’s export hub.
  2. Courier Receipt and Preparation: The courier receives, scans, and prepares your parcel for its international journey, usually via road transport to your country.
  3. Content Verification: In adherence to international regulations, couriers may take an additional 1–2 working days to verify package contents.
  4. Transit Period: There may be a short period without updates while your parcel is en route, commonly travelling by truck.
  5. Customs Clearance: Upon arrival, your parcel undergoes customs clearance and is then handed over to your local courier service.
  6. Final Delivery: Your local courier completes delivery to your address.

Rest assured, while the process may seem detailed, it’s designed to be smooth and efficient. Please note that courier or customs delays are outside our control; we’ll always support you with tracking and courier investigations where needed.

  • Liability: We provide full support and assurance; however, we are not liable for courier or customs-related delays, nor for any consequential losses arising from such delays.
