It does not mean the product is identical to, affiliated with, endorsed by or produced by the designer brand unless clearly stated.
Fragrance is personal. Scent perception, projection and longevity can vary from person to person, so product descriptions should be treated as guidance rather than a personal performance guarantee.
Packaging, Cellophane And Security Features
Authentic fragrance packaging can vary by manufacturer, product type, region and batch. Some genuine items may be supplied without cellophane, without a separate security seal, or without a QR or hologram feature if that brand or batch was not produced with one.
Some manufacturers have introduced newer verification features only recently. That means QR checks, security labels, holograms or similar systems may apply to recent batches but not necessarily to older batches or stock produced before those features were introduced.
