United Kingdom Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £40 within the UK qualify for free shipping (excluding ZamZam Water).
  • Carriers: We use Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 (Signed For), DHL and DPD for UK mainland perfume and fragrance orders.
  • Cut-off Times (Monday–Friday):
    • Royal Mail: Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 4:00 PM.
    • DPD: Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
    • DHL: Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1:00 PM.
    We aim to dispatch as many orders as possible even after these cut-off times, but we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch once they have passed.
  • Processing Time: All orders are usually processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 1–4 working days, depending on the service selected. Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and remote areas may take longer.
  • “Next Day Delivery” Explained: Next day refers to the next working day after dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off times, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day and delivered on the following working day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday or during the weekend are dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Tracking Notifications: You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Delivery times cannot be guaranteed during Royal Mail or courier strikes, severe weather or other courier-related disruptions. Once dispatched, delays caused by the courier are beyond our control. Refunds are not available for orders already dispatched, but we can resend lost or wrongfully delivered parcels in line with our courier investigations.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees depend on the delivery destination, order size and service selected. Final costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Dispatch Timeline: International orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Free Shipping: Our free shipping offer does not apply to international orders.
  • DDP Shipping to EU: For EU customers, we ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. The price you pay at checkout is final, with taxes and duties included for delivery to your address.
  • Iceland, Norway and Switzerland: Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any local taxes or duties on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Transit Method: Many perfumes and fragrances are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). Most international parcels travel by road, which can take longer than standard airmail and may result in short periods with no tracking updates while in transit.
  • Courier Delays and Responsibility: Once dispatched, your parcel is in the custody of the courier and local postal partners. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or local operational issues are beyond our control. Refunds are not available for dispatched orders, but we will always assist with investigations and can resend lost or wrongfully delivered parcels where confirmed by the courier.

The Journey of Your International Order

  • 1. Label and Dispatch: Your order is packed, a shipping label is created and the parcel is handed to the courier’s export hub.
  • 2. Courier Processing: The courier scans, sorts and prepares your parcel for international road transit.
  • 3. Content Checks: In line with DG and customs rules, couriers may take 1–2 working days to verify the contents.
  • 4. Transit: Your parcel travels (often by truck) to the destination country. Tracking may not update during this leg.
  • 5. Customs Clearance: On arrival, your parcel is processed by customs and then released to the local courier.
  • 6. Final Delivery: Your local courier completes the delivery to your address.
