Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, untested, not sprayed, not resealed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

No. Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened, used, tested, sprayed, altered, or resealed fragrance products cannot be returned unless faulty or otherwise covered by your legal rights.

If the correct product has been supplied and opened, it cannot be returned because of scent preference, strength preference, projection, longevity, comparison, or personal expectation.
