Enquiry Type Details to Prepare
Order status or tracking Order number, order email address, tracking number if available, and whether you have checked spam or junk folders.
Delivery issue Order number, delivery address, courier tracking status, safe-place checks, neighbours or reception checks where relevant.
International delivery Destination country, order number, tracking status, customs or courier messages, and whether duties or taxes were shown at checkout.
Return request Order number, product name and confirmation that the item is unopened, unused, untested, not sprayed, not resealed and in original condition.
Missing, damaged or wrong item Order number, product name, clear photos or video, parcel label, outer packaging and original product packaging.
Authenticity concern Product name, batch code where visible, clear images of the product and packaging, and a specific explanation of the concern.

Please do not dispose of product packaging, delivery packaging, labels or evidence before a claim has been reviewed. Missing evidence can make some issues harder to investigate fairly.
