Track Your Order

Understand how tracking works, when updates appear, and what to expect as your Soghaat order moves from dispatch to delivery.

Tracking Basics

How Tracking Works

Once your order has been dispatched, your parcel enters the courier network and begins its journey to your delivery address.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details.
  • Tracking becomes active only after the courier performs the first physical scan.
  • Until this scan occurs, tracking may show as unavailable, invalid, or not found.
  • This is normal and does not automatically mean there is a delay or issue with your order.
Courier Scans

When Tracking Becomes Active

Tracking is not instant. It depends on when the courier receives, sorts, and scans your parcel.

  • Tracking may take several hours to update after dispatch.
  • Some updates may appear later in the evening.
  • During busy periods, the first scan may appear the following working day.
  • Orders dispatched before weekends or bank holidays may take longer to show movement.
Tracking Updates

Understanding Tracking Movement

Tracking updates reflect physical movement and courier scans. There may be times where your parcel is moving but tracking has not yet updated.

  • Updates appear when the parcel is scanned at key points.
  • There may be periods with no updates while the parcel is in transit.
  • Status messages may remain unchanged until the next scan point.
  • This is standard across courier networks and does not mean your parcel is not moving.
International Orders

International Tracking

International orders follow a multi-stage journey, which may affect tracking visibility.

  • Parcels may travel between countries without live tracking updates.
  • Tracking may pause while goods are in transit between courier hubs.
  • Updates usually resume once the parcel reaches the destination country.
  • Customs clearance may also affect tracking and delivery times.

This is especially common for fragrance shipments, as many perfume parcels travel by road due to transport and Dangerous Goods regulations.

No Tracking Email

If You Have Not Received Tracking

If you have not received your tracking details, please check the following before contacting us:

  • Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
  • Allow time for dispatch processing within our working schedule.
  • Make sure the email address used at checkout is correct.
  • If you used express checkout, check the email linked to your payment account.
Delays

If Your Parcel Is Delayed

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Courier network congestion
  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Weather conditions or operational disruption
  • Seasonal demand and peak periods
  • Dangerous Goods handling for fragrance shipments

We recommend allowing the full delivery timeframe before raising a query. Most tracking-related concerns are resolved once the parcel receives its next scan.

Delivered Status

If Tracking Shows Delivered

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not located it, please complete these checks first:

  • Check around your property, porch, reception, and safe place locations.
  • Check with neighbours, household members, building staff, or workplace reception.
  • Review tracking details for delivery notes, images, GPS/location confirmation, or courier comments.

Please note that courier delivery evidence may be required before a claim can be reviewed. Where courier evidence confirms delivery, we may be unable to dispute the delivery further.
