“Next Day Delivery” refers to the next working day after dispatch. Orders placed after cut-off times, during weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off Times

We aim to dispatch as many orders as possible even after these cut-off times, but same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed for orders placed after the times shown above.
Weekend Orders, Tracking & Shipping Rates

Courier Delays & Responsibility
We cannot guarantee delivery times during Royal Mail strikes, courier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once dispatched, your parcel is in the custody of the courier. Refunds are not available for orders already dispatched, but we will assist with investigations and can resend lost or wrongfully delivered parcels where confirmed by the courier.

The Journey of Your International Order

| Transit Period | There may be periods with limited tracking updates while your parcel is travelling. |
| Customs Clearance | Your parcel may undergo customs clearance before being passed to the local courier. |

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, strikes, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility. We will always assist with investigations and, where confirmed lost or misdelivered, arrange a resend in line with our policy.
